Philippe Katerine marathon announced for Bordeaux festival

The 12th edition of the Musical Écran music documentary festival in Bordeaux will feature a special “Marathon Philippe Katerine” on Saturday, November 14. This event serves as the first major announcement for the festival, which is scheduled to run from November 8 to 15.

The marathon will consist of three film screenings at Megarama Bastide, showcasing different eras of the French singer, actor, and artist's career. The program includes the 2004 film “Peau de Cochon,” the “Borderlive Tour” documentary covering his 2006-2007 success, and “T Où Philippe Katerine,” a retrospective directed by Gaëtan Chataigner.

Philippe Katerine, Gaëtan Chataigner, and musicians from the Little Rabbits are expected to attend the screenings, which will be followed by discussions with the audience. The day will conclude with a free DJ set in the Chartrons district.
