Philippine Airlines launches premium cabin sale and receives cultural award

Philippine Airlines (PAL) has announced its first-ever Premium Cabin Seat Sale, offering discounts of up to 40% on international base fares. The promotion runs from 19 to 25 October 2026. For travel scheduled between 1 November 2026 and 31 March 2027, discounts reach up to 30%, while departures from 1 April 2027 onwards qualify for discounts of up to 40%.

The sale covers PAL’s international network, including destinations across Asia, North America, Australia, and the Middle East, connecting passengers through Manila. The initiative aims to encourage leisure travelers to consider higher cabin classes by making the fare difference more manageable.

Separately, Philippine Airlines was named Asia’s Leading Cultural Airline for 2026 at the World Travel Awards. The airline won the category from a field of 13 nominees, with the honor recognizing its expression of Filipino hospitality and service. The award was determined through an online voting process involving travel and tourism executives and consumer travel buyers.
