Philippines to host Net Zero Conference 2026 in Pasay City

The Philippine Net Zero Conference 2026 is scheduled for September 15–16 at the Philippine Trade Training Center in Pasay City. Organized by the Net Zero Carbon Alliance (NZCA) in partnership with the Southeast Asia Corporate Decarbonization Exchange (CDx), the summit aims to bridge the gap between corporate climate ambitions and concrete execution.

The conference marks the fifth anniversary of the NZCA, a private-sector coalition founded in 2021 by the Energy Development Corporation. The event seeks to align policy with business practice, specifically helping companies comply with mandatory sustainability disclosures and carbon footprint tracking. Additionally, it aims to connect businesses, particularly small and medium enterprises, with climate finance, clean technology, and AI-driven carbon management tools.

NZCA Executive Director Allan Barcena noted that the global energy crisis has demonstrated that protecting the climate and insulating businesses from risk are interconnected struggles. The summit focuses on making decarbonization a core risk-management strategy to address supply chain disruptions and energy volatility.
