Philips Avent and Jana launch breastfeeding support initiative in Croatia

Philips Avent and Jana have launched the ‘I Kod Nas’ (Also With Us) initiative to promote breastfeeding in public spaces across Croatia. The campaign aims to create a more supportive and welcoming environment for mothers and infants, addressing the social discomfort or hesitation mothers often feel when feeding their babies in public.

More than 130 hospitality establishments throughout Croatia have already joined the movement by displaying ‘I Kod Nas’ stickers. These stickers serve as a sign of support, signaling that mothers and babies are welcome in those venues.

A panel discussion held at the Botanist establishment in Zagreb featured various perspectives, including personal experiences from influencers, psychological insights, and pediatric expertise. The discussion focused on the importance of mothers feeling secure and accepted in public settings without fear of judgment or being asked to relocate to private areas.
