Philips launches retro-style Bluetooth speakers via crowdfunding

Sinsankai Co., Ltd. has launched a crowdfunding project on GREEN FUNDING for new Philips Bluetooth speakers, the Moving Sound The Roller and The Tube. These models commemorate the 100th anniversary of Philips audio by blending 1980s retro designs with modern sound technology.

The product lineup includes The Roller, a portable 2.3kg model, and The Tube, a high-output speaker featuring a maximum output of 280W. Both models support modern features such as Auracast and remote operation via the Philips Entertainment app. They are available in yellow and black.

The launch includes a collaboration with Japanese illustrator and manga artist Hisashi Eguchi, who is creating special artwork for the products. Limited edition plans featuring Eguchi’s art, such as posters and tote bags, are available through the crowdfunding campaign.
