Philosopher Tasselo Brelaz Launches New Book on Imperfect Identity in Brazil

Amazonian philosopher and writer Tasselo Brelaz is releasing his latest work, *O Meu Eu Imperfeito: Confissões de uma identidade em construção*, with Editora Eixo Literário. The book explores self‑acceptance, identity, relationships and spirituality, arguing that embracing imperfection frees individuals from the pressure to prove themselves.

The official launch will take place on 8 August 2026 at 19:00 in the cultural space Casarão de Ideias, located in Manaus. While the ceremony is limited to invited guests and accredited press, the book will be available for pre‑order online from 5 August through platforms such as Fidelivros, Amazon, Mercado Livre and Estante Virtual, with sales beginning on the launch day.
