Phoebe Bridgers performs Nirvana cover on BBC Radio 1

Phoebe Bridgers performed an acoustic cover of Nirvana’s “Lithium” during a recent appearance on BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge. In addition to the grunge classic, Bridgers performed “Bobby” and “Lost Boys,” both tracks from her latest solo album, “Lost Weekend.”

The recording of the session appears to have taken place prior to Bridgers being diagnosed with appendicitis, a medical condition that has forced the postponement of her scheduled intimate UK performances for the current week. Her upcoming “The Lost Tour” is slated to begin next month.
