Phoebe Bridgers releases third studio album ‘Lost Weekend’
American singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers has released her third studio album, titled ‘Lost Weekend’. The project marks her first full-length release in six years and explores themes of grief, aging, and changing relationships.
The album features a diverse range of sounds, transitioning between anthemic tracks and moody, reflective songs. Notable tracks include ‘Kill Me’, ‘The Governor’s Waltz’, ‘Bobby’, and the title track ‘Lost Weekend’. The album also includes lyrical references to her partner, comedian Bo Burnham.
Ahead of the release, Bridgers experienced significant commercial success, including selling out Madison Square Garden on short notice and selling 500,000 tickets for an upcoming arena tour in the U.S. and internationally within hours. The lead single, ‘Lost Boys’, served as a precursor to the album's release.
