Photographer Santi Barreiros unveils “El ojo de la aguja” exhibition at Roberto Verino boutique in Ourense

Santi Barreiros, the entrepreneur and tailor behind the Verino brand, opened a new project called “El ojo de la aguja” inside the Roberto Verino Moda boutique on the Paseo in Ourense, Spain. The space is dedicated to artistic actions and hosts bimonthly temporary exhibitions. For the inaugural show Barreiros collaborated with a renowned Ourense photographer, who highlighted his long‑standing connection to textiles. The project blends photography with the fabric‑making process, drawing inspiration from a visit to the Verín factory to create a dialogue between the workshop and the exhibition space.

Barreiros aims to merge high‑fashion tailoring with visual art, offering visitors a glimpse into the detailed craftsmanship that defines the Verino menswear line while celebrating local creative talent.
