Phu Tho and South Korean firm sign MoU for water and energy projects

The Phu Tho Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center and the South Korean firm Advanced Water Technology Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding on August 19 to explore investment opportunities in aquatic environments and energy projects within Phu Tho province.

Nguyen Khac Hieu, vice-president of the provincial People's Committee, stated that Phu Tho is prioritizing high-tech projects, clean energy, environmental protection, and the circular economy. The province intends to facilitate the company's research and studies to finalize project proposals in accordance with local development plans and Vietnamese legislation.

Advanced Water Technology's General Director, Cho Sung Yeon, indicated that the cooperation aims to generate economic, social, and environmental benefits for the northern province.
