Phu Tho authorities investigate disposal of 15 dead pigs on roadside

Police in Lap Thach Commune, Phu Tho Province, are processing a case against a man who abandoned 15 dead pigs on a roadside. The incident, discovered on October 13 in Tam Dong village, caused environmental pollution and raised concerns regarding the potential spread of disease.

Investigations revealed that the pigs belonged to a local resident, identified as Mr. N. T. T. The man reportedly used a motorcycle and a trailer to transport the carcasses to find a disposal site. Upon reaching a remote concrete road, he abandoned the animals instead of following legal burial or disposal protocols. Authorities are currently finalizing the legal dossier to handle the violation.
