Phu Tho boarding schools enhance student meal quality
Schools for ethnic minority boarding students in Phu Tho province are prioritizing nutrition and food safety to support student health and development. There are currently 16 such boarding schools in the province providing three daily meals under state support programs.
To ensure food safety, schools are contracting with reputable suppliers and implementing strict controls during the receiving, preparation, and cooking stages. At the Yen Lap Boarding Secondary and High School, staff follow specific hygiene protocols, including wearing protective gear and utilizing a three-step inspection process. Kitchen facilities are organized according to one-way workflow standards to maintain cleanliness and hygiene during meal distribution.
