Phu Tho enhances digital capacity and AI application for educators

Educational authorities in Phu Tho, Vietnam, are implementing digital transformation initiatives to enhance the professional capacity of teachers and administrators through Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital skills training. Under the “Digital Popular Education” movement, the education sector organized 12 training sessions for the 2025-2026 school year focusing on science, technology, innovation, and digital database exploitation.

At Nguyen Thi Giang High School, 100% of teachers now utilize digital platforms for classroom management and professional exchange. Educators are increasingly using AI to design lesson plans, create digital learning materials, and support student self-study.

Parallel to these practical applications, experts emphasize the need for new assessment frameworks in AI-integrated classrooms. As AI tools become capable of producing polished academic outputs, educators are encouraged to focus on evaluating a student's ability to collaborate with AI, their reasoning processes, and their capacity to verify AI-generated information rather than just the final product.
