Phu Tho police prosecute woman for disturbing public order

The Phu Tho Provincial Police Investigation Agency has initiated criminal proceedings against Hoang Thi Huong, a resident of Yen Lap commune, for disturbing public order.

The incident occurred around 11:00 PM on October 12 on National Highway 70B. According to authorities, Huong engaged in a verbal altercation and physical confrontation with another individual. Despite intervention from local residents, Huong reportedly snatched identification badges from local security personnel, seized and broke a traffic control baton, and insulted the head of the Dan Thanh village security team.

Police determined that the actions caused public disorder, disrupted local business and residential activities, and compromised traffic safety on the highway. Huong surrendered to the Yen Lap commune police on October 13 to provide a statement.
