Phu Tho police seize 820kg of undocumented pig intestines

Police in Phu Tho province intercepted a truck transporting 820kg of foul-smelling pig intestines on National Highway 2. The shipment, contained in seven plastic barrels and three plastic baskets, lacked proper invoices, documentation, and required quarantine certificates.

The driver, a resident of Bac Ninh, stated that the goods were purchased from slaughterhouses in Hanoi and Phu Tho to be used as fish feed. Authorities have seized the vehicle and the goods, handing the case over to Binh Nguyen Commune Police for further investigation and legal processing.
