Phuc Son Group to resume work on delayed Ngoc Hoi Intersection project

Phuc Son Group has been granted permission by the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee to continue construction on several components of the Ngoc Hoi Intersection project in Nha Trang. The project, which began in late 2017, has faced significant delays and has undergone five previous extensions.

The current focus involves completing the drainage system and the ground-level collector roads (branches N1 and N3). These unfinished sections have caused local issues, including flooding during rainfall, dust during dry periods, and safety concerns for commuters.

While the overpass, roundabout, and resettlement areas are largely complete, the project's original Build-Transfer (BT) contract period expired in late 2024. The provincial government is currently conducting a comprehensive review of all projects related to Phuc Son Group following recent legal developments involving the company.
