Phuong My Chi holds solo concert in Ho Chi Minh City

Singer Phuong My Chi held her first ticketed solo concert, titled ‘Nhac Hoi Dan Choi Dan Ca’, at Tao Dan Park in Ho Chi Minh City on October 3. The event featured various guest artists, including Quang Le, Huong Lan, Kay Tran, Bao Dinh, and Shiki.

Despite heavy rain during the performance, the concert continued with a focus on traditional cultural materials and contemporary music. A highlight of the evening was a performance of ‘Thien Duong Voi Nguoi Thuong’, where Phuong My Chi and Bao Dinh reenacted a Khmer wedding theme inspired by their previous music video. The performance included the screening of previously unreleased footage, depicting the duo as a bride and groom.
