One prominent rumor suggests a major announcement regarding the Global Open Mainnet launch could occur on September 24. Additionally, analysts are looking toward the Token2049 event, scheduled for October 7–8, as a potential window for significant ecosystem or Mainnet-related updates.

There is also circulating speculation regarding a possible integration with PayPal. Some community members suggest PayPal could support Pi through its “Pay with Crypto” program, though analysts note that PayPal does not currently appear on Pi’s KYB verification list, suggesting the claim should be treated with caution.
