Pia Olsen Dyhr sees sharp decline in credibility poll

A new Megafon poll conducted for TV 2 shows a significant decline in the perceived credibility of Red-Green Alliance (SF) leader Pia Olsen Dyhr. According to the survey, only 21 percent of respondents identified her as one of the most trustworthy party leaders, a sharp drop from 48 percent recorded in December.

The decline follows internal controversy regarding the rehiring of Thomas Nystrøm as a special advisor. Nystrøm, who left the party in 2020 following allegations of sexual harassment by SF councilor Lotte Kofoed, was reinstated as an advisor for Dyhr following the March parliamentary election, causing dissatisfaction within parts of the party's base.

Political commentators have noted the severity of the shift, with the poll placing Dyhr in seventh place among party leaders. Other leaders mentioned in the survey include Mona Juul, Mette Frederiksen, Martin Lidegaard, Pelle Dragsted, Alex Vanopslagh, and Troels Lund Poulsen.
