Piaggio Aerospace sells two P. 180 Avanti EVO aircraft to Turkish operator

Piaggio Aerospace has announced the sale of two P. 180 Avanti EVO aircraft to a Turkish operator, strengthening the Italian manufacturer's presence in the Turkish market. The new aircraft will join the operator's existing fleet of business jets and helicopters.

Piaggio Aerospace CEO Cristian Toninelli stated that the agreement is a significant step for the company and the P. 180 Avanti EVO, noting the continued interest in the aircraft's combination of speed, efficiency, and cabin comfort. The company is also developing the next generation of the platform, the Avanti NX, which has already received initial orders.

Following its acquisition by Baykar, Piaggio Aerospace has reportedly maintained operational continuity, preserved its workforce, and initiated a brand renewal process supported by shareholder investments.
