Piala by. U 2026 offers futsal scholarships and professional paths

Telkomsel, through its by. U brand, has announced the Piala by. U 2026, a major student futsal tournament in Indonesia. Scheduled to run from September 2026 to January 2027, the competition will span 16 cities and regencies, involving over 768 schools and 64 universities.

This year’s tournament introduces a new university category and focuses on providing pathways for talent development beyond the pitch. Through collaborations with Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) and STKIP Pasundan, selected participants can access campus scholarship opportunities.

Additionally, the tournament features a talent scouting program to identify 14 top players who will attend a training camp with Unggul FC Malang. This partnership aims to provide professional contract opportunities for young athletes looking to advance their careers in professional futsal.
