Pianenghese running club organizes relay from Pianengo to Vermiglio

The Pianenghese running club is organizing a celebratory relay race from Pianengo to Vermiglio. The event aims to honor Vermiglio, a municipality in the province of Trento that serves as a frequent training base for the club.

Seventeen runners will participate in the relay, covering a distance of approximately 177 kilometers. The race begins early in the morning at the municipal sports center with Mauro Zagheni as the first runner. The participants will be escorted by club vehicles and bicycles, with an expected arrival in Vermiglio in the evening. A group of approximately sixty supporters is planned to join the runners for the final stretch of the course to welcome them into the town square.
