Pianist David Khrikuli to debut in Croatia at Dubrovnik Summer Festival

Georgian pianist David Khrikuli will perform in Croatia for the first time as part of the 77th Dubrovnik Summer Festival. The recital, featuring works by Frédéric Chopin, is scheduled for Saturday, August 22, at the Rector's Palace atrium.

Born in 2001, Khrikuli has received numerous international accolades. His notable achievements include first prize at the 2024 Cantù International Piano and Orchestra Competition in Italy and both first prize and the audience award at the International Piano Competition in Vigo, Spain. He was also a finalist at the 2025 International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw. His previous honors include awards in Aarhus, Tbilisi, Russia, Kazakhstan, and China.
