Piast Castle Festival in Racibórz Moves Evening Shows to Courtyard

On 27 June 2026 the II Misteria Piastorum programme at Piast Castle in Racibórz was shifted from the main stage to a shaded courtyard between the Sweet House and the Prince’s House because of hot weather. The evening began at 17:00 with a St John’s procession from the Odra riverbank, followed by a line‑up that included Polish summer hits performed by Funk it Away at 18:00, a folk‑theatre happening by Kraków Theatre Scena Kalejdoskop at 19:00, a 1930s evening‑wear fashion show at 20:00, an Italian‑song concert by Magdalena Wydriński and Janusz Adamowski at 20:30, and a fire‑theatre “The Greatest Show” by Enigma at 21:30. The new venue offers shade, a light breeze and access to food areas for visitors.
