Pica-Pau and Rocco announce menu renewals featuring traditional cuisines

The Lisbon-based restaurant Pica-Pau has updated its menu to feature new classics from Portuguese culinary tradition. Located in Príncipe Real, the establishment is introducing daily dishes such as Choco Frito, Entrecosto with peas, and Carne de Porco à Alentejana. Other additions include Duck Croquettes and an Algarve almond tart.

In the Netherlands, the restaurant Rocco has also renewed its menu with inspirations from Italian gastronomy. The new offerings span various sections, including Crudo, Gastrobare, and Ristorante. Highlights include Focaccia with Porchetta, Burrata, and ’Nduja, traditional Spaghetti alla Carbonara, and Risotto al Salto, a Milanese specialty.
