Piccolo Teatro di Prova launches new season and solidarity initiative

The Piccolo Teatro di Prova, located in a former carpentry shop in the Alessandrino district, is launching its new season on September 26, 2026. Founded by actors Luca Pennacchioni and Claudia Spedaliere, the theater aims to foster urban regeneration through performing arts.

To inaugurate the season, the theater is introducing a solidarity initiative titled ‘Sedia per due’ (Chair for Two). Under this program, donors can purchase a symbolic seat with their name engraved on a plaque, which will then be made available to community members who cannot afford ticket prices, such as youth, the elderly, or residents in financial difficulty.

The upcoming program, curated by the Compagnia della Farsa, will feature a variety of performances including comedies, author monologues, and satire nights.
