Pickle AI and Hongik University launch industry-academic partnership

Pickle Networks, the operator of the AI-based telecommunications product comparison and recommendation platform ‘Pickle AI’, is pursuing industry-academic cooperation with Hongik University. This partnership aims to connect university talent with real-world service tasks through practical projects.

Following Pickle AI’s move into the Hongik University Sejong Campus Venture Business Incubation Center, the collaboration will focus on improving the platform’s UI/UX and customer experience. Students will analyze the service to identify areas for improvement and propose user-centric ideas.

The cooperation is expected to expand from student-led projects to joint research and development in technical fields, such as structuring telecommunications data and developing AI-based decision support for customized recommendations. The initiative also seeks to participate in regional R&D and innovation projects in Sejong Special Self-Governing City.
