Pickleball World Cup preparations intensify for Philippines and USA

The Pickleball World Cup in Da Nang, Vietnam, features significant preparations from international teams. The Philippines will field 38 players across various divisions, including Open, Under-18, Under-14, Kids, and Seniors. The Philippine squad includes Ruben Gonzales, a former national tennis player and Southeast Asian Games gold medalist, alongside Nik Isagan, Kelsey Laurente, and Fatima Amirul.

In preparation for the competition, the United States has appointed Rob Cassidy as the Head Coach of its U18 team. Cassidy, a professional player since 2013 with multiple tournament medals, will lead the American junior talent in the upcoming tournament.
