PicPay reports R$ 283 million adjusted profit in Q2 2026

PicPay reported an adjusted net profit of R$ 283 million for the second quarter of 2026, marking a 135% increase compared to the same period in 2025. This result exceeded the company's previous guidance of R$ 245 million.

Net revenue for the fintech reached R$ 4.1 billion, a 67% increase year-over-year. The company's customer base grew to 70.4 million users, representing a 10% annual increase. The credit portfolio expanded significantly to R$ 31.9 billion, nearly doubling its size from the previous year.

Despite the growth, the delinquency rate for loans overdue by more than 90 days rose to 9.8%, up from 4.1% in the second quarter of 2025. Management attributed this rise to the natural maturation of previous credit cycles and intentional risk strategies to accelerate growth. For the third quarter, PicPay projects an adjusted net profit of R$ 265 million and a credit portfolio of R$ 34.7 billion.
