Piešťanské Čajky won the inaugural women's basketball Superpohár, defeating MBK Ružomberok 73:53 at the Diplomat Arena. The match featured the league champion and cup winner, Ružomberok, against the league runner-up, Piešťany.

Piešťanské Čajky established an early lead, winning the first quarter 18:7 and maintaining control throughout the game. Although MBK Ružomberok attempted a comeback in the third quarter, Piešťany secured a double-digit lead entering the final period and maintained their dominance to claim the trophy.

Following the match, MBK Ružomberok coach Juraj Suja criticized the organization of the new competition, citing issues with scheduling, venue determination, and roster management, describing the logistical execution as unprofessional.
