Common issues identified include impatience, excessive use of horns for non-emergency purposes, and verbal insults. The report highlights a lack of tolerance toward pedestrians, cyclists, and scooter users, as well as a general disregard for right-of-way rules. Additionally, 27% of respondents expressed a desire for more courtesy and gratitude among drivers when others facilitate traffic flow.
