Piedmont honors Carla Fracci with new ballet production

The Piedmont region is honoring the legacy of the late Italian ballet étoile Carla Fracci through a new production titled ‘Carla With Love’. The ballet, which explores the life and career of the artist who passed away in 2021, was presented on September 2 at the Grattacielo Piemonte.

Scheduled performances will take place at two historic locations: the Reggia di Venaria on October 16 and the Musei Reali di Torino on October 21. The project was conceived by Francesco Borelli and choreographed and directed by Stefania Ballone, a dancer from Teatro alla Scala.

The production aims to transform these symbolic Piedmontese heritage sites into a stage for a narrative dedicated to one of the most significant cultural figures of the twentieth century.
