Piedmont Region resolves School Voucher credential issues

The Piedmont Region has addressed technical issues regarding the distribution of credentials for the 2026/2027 School Voucher program. Following reports from users who had not received access details, the service provider, CIRFOOD S. C., in collaboration with Valyouness, conducted a mass re-sending of 10,500 emails between September 8 and September 9.

Authorities have assured beneficiaries that all credentials will be active and usable by the start of the school year on Monday, September 14. While technical assistance continues to resolve individual issues, the region noted that the vouchers remain valid for purchases until March 2027.

Approximately 900 physical retail locations, ranging from stationery stores to large distribution chains, are already participating in the program. Users who have already submitted password recovery requests are advised not to resubmit them to avoid processing delays.
