MobLand cast dismisses on-set feud rumors at London premiere

The lead cast of the Paramount+ crime series ‘MobLand’ appeared together at the Season 2 premiere in London, effectively dismissing rumors of behind-the-scenes friction. For months, reports suggested tension on set, with claims that Tom Hardy had clashed with showrunners and caused delays for co-stars Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren.

During the event at Leicester Square, Brosnan characterized the alleged disputes as a ‘storm in a teacup,’ expressing high regard for Hardy’s work and describing the cast as a ‘family.’ Hardy also addressed the speculation, denying that he had been fired or had walked away from the production, confirming instead that he will return for the third season.

Helen Mirren supported the sentiment, describing the cast as professionals who support one another. The series, created by Guy Ritchie, is set to return for its second season on September 18.
