Bajaj Mobility and Warteck Invest report H1 2026 financial results

Bajaj Mobility AG reported a significant operational recovery in the first half of 2026. Group revenue rose 65% to EUR 701.4 million, driven by a 109.1% increase in motorcycle revenue from brands including KTM, Husqvarna, and GASGAS. The company achieved a positive EBITDA of EUR 37.6 million and reported that EBIT became positive in the second quarter for the first time since its restructuring proceedings concluded.

Warteck Invest AG also released its first-half results, showing increased rental income and a reduction in vacancy rates to 2.2%. While the company reported a net profit of CHF 18.0 million—down from CHF 19.8 million the previous year due to higher tax expenses—its operating EBIT (excluding revaluation effects) rose by 6.5% to CHF 18.7 million. The market value of its real estate portfolio increased by 8.1% to CHF 1.14 billion.
