Pierre & Vacances acquires Hotel Sun Palace Albir in Alicante

Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs has announced the addition of the four-star Hotel Sun Palace Albir to its portfolio. Located in El Albir, Alicante, the establishment features 216 rooms.

The transaction was structured through an agreement with investment firm Atream, which acquired the property via its SCPI Atream Hôtels vehicle and has entrusted operational management to Pierre & Vacances. To align the property with brand standards, Pierre & Vacances and Atream plan to execute a refurbishment and investment program exceeding €2.7 million during the upcoming winter season.

Oscar Güell, managing director of Pierre & Vacances Spain, stated that the acquisition is part of the company’s expansion strategy following its ownership consolidation under Mubadala Capital. This move brings the group’s total to six establishments across the Costa Blanca, targeting both family and couple segments in the Iberian Peninsula.
