Pietracatella hosts Danilo Salvatori's book presentation

Danilo Salvatori will present his new book, ‘Ottovolante – Conoscere me stesso. Riflessioni sull’autostima’, at the Pietracatella Municipal Library on Wednesday, September 23, at 18:00.

The book focuses on personal growth, self-knowledge, and the importance of self-esteem. Using the metaphor of a roller coaster to represent emotional fluctuations, the work offers a practical and introspective guide to navigating fears, limiting thoughts, guilt, and shame to achieve greater inner freedom and emotional balance.

Salvatori, drawing on his experience in life coaching and his work with Accademia UDS, aims to provide tools for facing daily challenges with clarity. The event is organized in collaboration with Accademia UDS, the Municipality of Pietracatella, and Pro Loco Pietramurata.
