Piglio woman dies after falling from third-floor apartment

A woman born in 1968 died after falling from the third floor of her residence in the La Cona area of Piglio, Italy. The incident occurred around 6:00 PM in a residential area near the town center.

Emergency medical personnel from Ares 118 attempted to resuscitate the woman at the scene, but she died from her injuries. The Carabinieri of the local station, coordinated by Marshal Antonello Colantoni, conducted investigations into the circumstances of the fall. The local mayor, Mario Felli, also visited the site. Following the investigation, judicial authorities ordered that the body be released to the family.
