Pilar hosts the final night of the Festival Nacional del País

The 32nd edition of the Festival Nacional del País will hold its final night on Saturday, September 19, at the Centro Cultural Municipal in Pilar. Organized by the Instituto de Educación Superior Ateneo de Lengua y Cultura Guaraní, the itinerant cultural event aims to promote Paraguayan identity and provide a platform for new artists.

The festival features various artistic categories, including singing, poetry in both Spanish and Guaraní, short theater, musical instruments, and dance. It also includes the XI Paraguayan Polka Dance Championship and serves as a qualifying event for the Festival Internacional del Takuare’ê. Delegations from several regions, including Caazapá, San Lorenzo, and Luque, are expected to participate.
