Pilar Municipality expands support for families with ASD

The Municipality of Pilar has expanded its support for families dealing with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Mayor Federico Achával led a new distribution of sound cancellers, designed to assist individuals with ASD in integrating into daily activities, social events, and cultural or sporting environments.

Achával emphasized that these tools are part of a broader suite of municipal inclusion policies, which also include multimodal passes for free transportation and various recreational and educational programs. The initiative aims to promote equality and social justice through direct state support for people with disabilities.
