Pilatus Aircraft to invest 100 million euros in Seville

Pilatus Aircraft Ibérica S.A. has finalized the purchase of 97,127 square meters of industrial land in the Carmona Logistics Park, Seville. The transaction, valued at 12,100,095 euros, was conducted via public auction through the Andalusia Housing and Rehabilitation Agency (AVRA) and the Carmona Development Society (Sodecar).

The project aims to establish specialized aeronautical industrial activity within a regional hub of aerospace suppliers and professionals. Pilatus expects to invest approximately 100 million euros in the province of Seville, with plans to create up to 500 qualified jobs in the medium term. The facility is projected to open by the end of 2028.
