PILF Restaurant Group opens The Imperial Room in Frisco

PILF Restaurant Group, the hospitality group behind Dallas-area establishments such as Cane Rosso, Zoli’s Pizza, and Thunderbird Pies, has opened The Imperial Room cocktail lounge. Located at The Star in Frisco, the 600-square-foot venue occupies the former site of Tipping Cow Creamery.

Founder Jay Jerrier stated the lounge was designed to offer a unique experience inspired by New York City cocktail bars, aiming to provide a neighborhood atmosphere that feels special without being stuffy. The intimate space seats between 25 and 30 guests and is available for private events.

The menu features original cocktails created by mixologist Gabe Sanchez, including the Calaboose Old Fashioned, Clear Skies, and Smoky Sunset.
