Pilot Nicholas Kent Loose Airlifted After Paraglider Crash in Le Sueur County, Minnesota

A paraglider piloted by 41‑year‑old Nicholas Kent Loose crashed into a bean field in Sharon Township, Le Sueur County, Minnesota, at about 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Deputies from the Le Sueur County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene and found the lone occupant, Loose, injured.

Loose was airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center where he was treated for serious but non‑life‑threatening injuries. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
