Pinbank launches B2B credit platform to expand CaaS operations

Pinbank has launched a new B2B credit platform, expanding its role as a Credit as a Service (CaaS) provider. The company projects R$ 28 million in credit operations through 2026. The platform allows businesses to integrate credit services directly into their commercial journeys using Pinbank’s regulatory structure, risk analysis, and financial operations. Key features include supplier receivables anticipation and credit secured by future receivables.

This move follows Pinbank’s acquisition of Polocred, a fintech specializing in credit for small and medium-sized enterprises. The new infrastructure allows companies to offer credit without building their own financial structures from scratch.

Separately, a study on digital credit fintechs in Brazil by PwC Brasil and ABCD highlights a maturing market. In 2025, approximately 40 surveyed companies granted R$ 53.8 billion in credit, a 51% increase from previous periods, serving 94.9 million individual clients. The report notes that 82% of this expansion came from existing operations, signaling a shift toward operational maturity and a focus on reaching breakeven through efficiency and multidisciplinary teams.
