Pine Bluff police warn high school students about criminal consequences
Police officers from the Pine Bluff Police Department’s Group Violence Intervention and Service Division met with 11th-grade students at Pine Bluff High School to discuss accountability and the consequences of criminal behavior.
During the presentation, officials addressed issues such as fighting, drug use, property damage, and disruptive behavior toward teachers. Lt. Jasmine Womack warned students that damaging school property could lead to criminal mischief charges. GVI Director Kevin Crumpton shared personal experiences regarding recent local shootings to illustrate how lifestyle choices can lead to violence and involvement with the criminal justice system.
