Pineda de Mar expands resident green zone parking to 1,256 spaces

The Pineda de Mar City Council is expanding its green zone parking regulation to provide 1,256 permanent spaces for residents starting October 1. This measure transitions 1,134 previously seasonal spaces into year-round resident parking and adds 122 new spaces across various neighborhoods.

The expansion covers four main sectors: Antoni Doltra, Can Pelai, Plaça Sara Llorens, and Illes Canàries. To further increase capacity, 52 new spaces will be established in Pinemar on Carrer Casaldàliga, 55 in Poblenou, and 15 near the Rierany dels Frares supermarket. The initiative aims to facilitate local parking and organize public space in high-demand areas.
