Pingtung County hosts large-scale fitness and skating events

Pingtung County has concluded its Young Aerobic Jump tour with a final large-scale event at the County Stadium. The event featured fitness expert Pan Ruo-di and actor Mario, attracting over 1,000 participants for various aerobic dance sessions including Zumba and K-POP.

In a separate sporting development, the Pingtung County Magistrate's Cup Skating Championship opened at the Pingtung International Roller Skating Rink. The competition involves approximately 725 participants across 33 categories, including speed skating and inline hockey.

These activities are part of the county's broader efforts to promote sports and prepare for hosting the National Games. The Pingtung County Government has announced plans to officially establish a Sports Development Department on January 1 to further professionalize local athletic promotion and talent cultivation.
