Pinheiros handball teams win both women's and men's matches on Sunday

Esporte Clube Pinheiros’ women’s and men’s handball squads each secured victories in their Liga Nacional South/Southeast group matches on Sunday, July 12, at the Ginásio Henrique Villaboim. The women defeated Cascavel 29‑23, maintaining a perfect 100 % record, with Rebeca Gregorio named player of the match. The men beat Pato Branco 30‑20, also preserving an unbeaten run of five wins and one loss, and Diogo Borja earned player of the match honors. Pinheiros will host Maringá on Tuesday, July 14, in the next round of the competition.
