Pinheiros to use U-19 squad against Corinthians in Paulista Basketball

Esporte Clube Pinheiros will field its Under-19 squad to face Corinthians in the third round of the Campeonato Paulista de Basquete classification phase. The match is scheduled for Wednesday at 8:00 PM.

Following two consecutive losses against Mogi and Bauru, coach Vitor Galvani intends to continue developing the club's new generation of players. The roster features young talents such as Lucca Boracina, Anthony Gabriel, Grigor Vieira, Gustavo Dieger, Josué Alves, Danilo Fortunato, João Marcelo, Gabriel Ladeira, and 17-year-old Lucas Thor.

There is uncertainty regarding the return of Felipe Gregate, a standout defender from the previous National League season, who has been sidelined with a calf injury since May. While the expected starting five includes Lucca Boracina, Gabriel Caldeira, Lucas Thor, Anthony Gabriel, and Grigor Vieira, Galvani indicated that some adult players might be utilized during the game.
