Atibaia Flower and Strawberry Festival concludes this weekend

The 44th Flower and Strawberry Festival (Festa de Flores e Morangos) in Atibaia is concluding its program from September 25 to 27 at the Parque Ecológico. Organized by the Associação Hortolândia de Atibaia, the event aims to boost tourism, celebrate local rural production, and promote regional culture.

The festival features a diverse schedule, including flower exhibitions, Japanese and Brazilian gastronomy, and a cosplay contest with a total prize pool of R$ 2,000. Cultural performances include Taiko demonstrations, Bon Odori, and presentations by the Escola de Samba Independência de Atibaia, which will showcase a samba-enredo inspired by Japanese immigration.

Tickets are available in full, half-price, and partner categories, with the latter requiring a 1 kg food donation. The event operates from 9:00 to 18:00 daily.
